Website terms
A clear explanation of this website, its current availability and the limits of its guidance.
An independent website
UK ETA Assistance is a private brand operated by Medrax LLC. It is not part of, endorsed by or affiliated with the UK government, Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration or any embassy.
You can use the official government application service directly. Its current ETA application fee is £20. Visit GOV.UK to apply.
What submitting a request means
You enter your trip, contact and passport details, pay by card (£100 Fast or £105 Ultra Fast per traveller, charged in US dollars), then complete the remaining questions and upload the documents. By paying you authorise UK ETA Assistance to submit an ETA application to the UK Home Office for each traveller, using the information and photos you provided, and to pay the £20 government fee on your behalf. You can check your request using your reference and email verification.
If an answer needs a person to look at it (for example a “Yes” answer to a background question), we review it before filing and may contact you. Only the Home Office decides an application; we email you its decision and a confirmation PDF. We cannot speed up a government decision.
Using the travel guidance
Our content explains general ETA information. It is not individual immigration or legal advice. Requirements can change and depend on your nationality, travel purpose, passport type and immigration status.
Check official guidance before making travel arrangements. An ETA does not guarantee entry. Only the relevant government authorities make approval and entry decisions.
Displayed pricing
The price per traveller is £100 (Fast) or £105 (Ultra Fast), shown in pounds and charged in US dollars ($135.00 or $141.75). It includes our private service fee and the £20 government fee, which is passed on to the Home Office when we file your application. Processing speed is how quickly we check and file your application; it does not change the Home Office decision time.
See our refund information for cancellations. No approval guarantee or accelerated government decision is offered.
Using the website responsibly
Provide accurate information, review it carefully and only submit information or documents you are authorised to share. A responsible adult must act for a child. Tell us if submitted details need correcting; an incorrect detail can affect any later government application.
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, share security codes or submit malicious files. Keep your request reference and email account secure.
External services and contact
Official resource links are provided for convenience. Services reached through them operate independently and have their own terms. A link is not an endorsement of UK ETA Assistance by that organisation.
Send questions about UK ETA Assistance through our contact form when it is available. These website terms do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
